Below are a list of frequently asked questions I have received as a service provider. Please be sure to contact me directly should you have any additional questions about me or my services.

What will you do to reinstate my Amazon Seller Account?

How do I appeal my suspended Amazon Seller Account?

The first thing you need to do is to write your Amazon plan of action. Once you are ready to submit it, you can submit the appeal in Seller Central (Notifications Section) by attaching your appeal in the relevant sections and clicking the “Appeal” button. You can also submit your appeal by email. The email address will depend upon which department sent you the suspension notification.

How long does Amazon suspend your Amazon Seller Account?

Amazon suspensions usually last a few days if the appeal and action plan addresses Amazons concerns. Suspensions can often last longer if there have been previous issues with the account (i.e., multiple suspensions for the same reason or different departments are involved such as Amazon payments).

How long does Amazon Seller Performance take to complete a review?

A review can take anywhere from a few days up to 30 days depending on the exact nature of the case, and the Seller will be notified of the outcome by email via their seller performance notifications. 

What if Amazon request more information?

Amazon can request additional information and it is a perfectly normal part of the process. Any information requested would be thoroughly reviewed by me, and I would instruct you what to provide me in order to get Amazon the correct documentation as soon as possible.

How long does Amazon take to respond to Appeals and action plans?

Amazon usually responds to appeals within 24-48 hours; however, it does depend on the time of year and the type of suspension you have received. I will of course let you know my opinion concerning the time-frame based off of my experience and let you know accordingly.

Can you help reinstate Amazon buyer accounts?

Yes. I do and can assist Amazon buyers that have had their Amazon buyer account suspended; however, these kind of cases are often very complicated, and I will only take the case after a very detailed examination of the issue and a full discussion with you concerning the potential outcomes.

Can you help me if I have already submitted an appeal and it has been denied?

Of course, however, it is is much easier to get you reinstated if you have not already started the appeal process, but I can certainly take over your appeal once you have started. I will advise you accordingly once I take the case on what to do and what not to do.

My current success rate is 100% at the moment because I only take cases that I am 100% confident I can get reinstated. I will always give each client the bottom line and tell them their chances of success up front as it is not worth wasting my time or the clients (you) by making false promises.

How long will it take to get my Amazon appeal letter and plan of action?

I will send you the plan of action within one to seven days as this is fairly reasonable and typical. Moreover, a lot of things can also influence when you receive the plan of action such as information that I may need from you, so it can vary from client to client; however, I will always strive to get you the plan within a reasonable time frame. I would also like to add that a lot of competitors out there promise these quick (24) hour plans of action. In my experience you get an inadequate plan that does nothing but get rejected, so I would rather take an extra day or so to give you the best possible plan verses rushing it through to simply get rejected by Amazon. Sometimes patience pays off.  

How long does it take to get my Amazon Seller Account reinstated?

It can take a few hours, days or weeks. My quickest reinstatement was (45) minutes; however, I have had some customers where it has taken over four weeks. In any event, I will be with you every step of the way, and I will not leave you until the case has been reinstated. 

What if my suspension was years ago? Can I still get my account back on Amazon?

It all depends on how long it has been since your last email with Amazon.  I have helped lots of clients who have decided to have another appeal 12+ months since their last attempt. These suspensions will take longer than the average 3 days to get reinstated, so be prepared for this.

Are there any circumstances when you can’t help with an Amazon suspension?

I am able to help clients in the majority of cases. The suspensions that I would simply outright decline to work on are cases where there is blatant fraud or money laundering on the account.

Each case is different, and I will do my best to work within your budget; however, it really does depend on the exact issues you are facing, so the prices can and do vary depending on the exact case.

How do I pay?

What is your money-back guarantee policy?
