Terms of Service

These terms of service outlined below are for informational purposes only and explain the rights and obligations between You and Mari Marketing. You will receive a contract that will fully outline all the contractual obligations prior to using my services that will be official and binding on all parties. 

Kindly read the below informational Agreement carefully before agreeing to pay a fee for my services. Please let me know if you do not understand any part or have additional questions.

1. Meaning

“Agreement” the agreement between Me and You

“Service” the Service you have chosen to purchase

“You” the person, company entering into the agreement with Me

2. Appointment

2.1. You appoint Me to implement the agreed service and I agree to provide the Service on the terms of the Agreement.

2.2. The agreement will start as soon as You confirm your acceptance of these Terms by purchasing the Service.

3. My Services

3.1. On the basis of the information You have provided me, I will review your situation with Amazon, examine any communications between You and Amazon and rely on any extra information provided by You.

3.2. You are paying for the Service I provide, NOT a guaranteed reinstatement of your Amazon Seller Account or Product listing.

4. What I will Do

4.1. I will then prepare and issue your Service as soon as possible (depending on the accuracy of the information which was originally provided by You).

4.2. I will issue you with instructions on how to deal with Amazon. It is your responsibility to follow any instructions provided by Me.

4.3. I will work with You until the Service has been concluded.

5. What I will Not Do

5.1. I am not able to give You or provide You any kind of legal advice.

5.2. I cannot be held responsible for any legal action taken against You as a result of fraudulent or incorrect information provided by You.

5.3. I provide no guarantee against future suspensions on your Amazon Account

6. What You must do

6.1. You must provide Me with any information needed for Your Service. You must provide original documentation where possible to confirm the details. I will rely on all the information You provide to Me being full, true and accurate and I Will not be responsible to You for any issues to the extent they arise from that not being the case.

6.2. Throughout the Service You must provide reasonable co-operation with Me to allow Me to provide my Services to You and reply as soon as You can to My reasonable requests for assistance (Please do not ignore my attempts to contact You, as this may affect my ability to provide my Services to You).

6.3. It is your responsibility that you abide by Amazons policies and procedures. 

7. How You can terminate this Agreement

7.1. You have the right to cancel the Agreement at any time. This can be done by emailing Me at:

8.1. I can terminate this Agreement at any time by giving you 14 days notice (by email) in any of the following circumstances

8.2. You seriously breach the terms of the Agreement.

8.3. The information You provided is deemed incorrect or fraudulent.

8.4. I have not received any correspondence from You within a three month period.

9. General Terms

9.1. This Agreement with You is governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute which arises in relation to this Agreement shall be dealt with by a court in Nicosia, Cyprus, which is able to hear the case.

Letting Me know when You are not happy with My service gives Me the opportunity to put matters right for You and improve My services for all My customers.

Refund and Cancellation 

Mari Marketing offers non-tangible irrevocable goods, and I do not issue refunds once the service has been provided and the account has been or product listing has been reinstated. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service from me.

However, I realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the service I supply.

I do honour requests for a refund on the following grounds:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case I recommend contacting me for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to me in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the service will be considered received;

  • Service Not-as-Described: such issues should be reported to me within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased service is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

    Money-Back Guarantee: I will generously offer you a money back guarantee if your Amazon seller account or product listing is not reinstated; however, be advised that the money-back guarantee is provided on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed with you prior to using my services should it apply to your issue. In addition, the money back guarantee is subject to certain stipulations that must be met by you in order to qualify for the full return of your payment. These stipulations will be in the contract you receive prior to using my services and will be discussed with you in full detail. 

  • You can cancel my service and request a refund from me when the service is ordered and purchased and you are not receiving the service. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons as to why you have applied for a refund.
